This Grade II Listed stone Welsh Farmhouse and its outbuildings were built circ. 1800. A warm and welcoming house with a host of original features remaining including slate floors, beamed ceilings, hand-carved oak floors and inglenook fireplaces. Set in one acre with its own barn, cart sheds, old forge (now a shed) and Grade II listed stone pigsties!

The House.
The house is fully equipped, has gas fired central heating throughout and has been awarded a four star rating by the Welsh Tourist Board.

The Barn.
The barn has recently been converted to a high standard to provide all modern conveniences whilst still retaining the character of the old barn. Solid oak floors are laid throughout and the main living area retains the vaulted ceiling with its roof beams and kingposts. The kitchen area is fully equipped with granite worktops and a butler sink. There is gas fired central heating throughout and it has been awarded a 5 star rating by the Welsh Tourist Board.
