Lower Hearson Farm
Lower Hearson is a former dairy farm set in thirteen acres of gardens, field and woodland. Tucked away in the heart of the North Devon countryside in a secluded valley, it's perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Orchard Cottage (sleeps 4) - is a beautifully converted old stone North Devon farm building. It has a comfortable lounge with wood burning stove, TV, video and mini Hi-Fi; dining area and fully-fitted kitchen including electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Upstairs there is one double bedroom leading into one twin bedroom and a bathroom comprising bath, shower attachment, wc and wash basin. The property is fully centrally heated.
Roundhouse Cottage (sleeps 2) - Constructed of local stone, it has one bedroom with room for a cot if needed, a shower room, newly fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and breakfast bar. The comfortable sitting room has a wood burner, TV, video & mini Hi-Fi. It is perfect for couples, or can be used as an annexe to Orchard or other cottages for extended families on holiday. All the accommodation is on the ground floor.
Primrose Cottage (sleeps 4) - is a beautifully converted stone built old North Devon farm building with a secluded entrance. There is a comfortable lounge with a wood burning stove, TV, video and mini Hi-Fi; a dining area and newly refurbished fully-fitted kitchen including electric hob and built in oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Upstairs there is one double bedroom leading into one twin bedroom and a newly fitted bathroom comprising bath, shower attachment, wc and wash basin.
Fuchsia Cottage (sleeps 6) - is a comfortable cottage converted from the old Linhay, surrounded with flowers in the summer time. It has three bedrooms; a double and two twins. The double room, with ample room for a cot, benefits from an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob & built in oven, microwave and a fridge freezer. The comfortable dining/living area has a TV, video & mini Hi-Fi.
Within the grounds we have an outdoor covered, heated swimming pool, a children's play area, sandpit, trampoline and a games room.
