Greenland House Guest House

Originally the Bank House, Greenland House is situated in Castletown in on the main A836 Coastal Route.

We are just a few hundred yards from Dunnet Bay with sands stretching for miles away toward Dunnet Head - the most northerly point of the uk mainland. We are close to the Orkney Island car ferries at Gills Bay, you can cross as a foot passenger from John O' Groats and enjoy one of the popular day coach trips around the islands. Greenland house is an excellent point from which to tour Caithness.

Every room is equipped with colour tv and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are large and light with views over Castletown, the surrounding countryside and away toward Dunnet Bay. The house is fully centrally heated and double glazed. Every care has been taken to ensure that Greenland House is equipped to provide the best carefree holiday environment in idyllic surroundings.
