St Ives Holiday Cottage
Number 4 Island Road is a fisherman's cottage lovingly refurbished in true St Ives style and is now available for holiday lets for the first time.
Sleeps 6 (2 doubles with en-suites and a twin)
The cottage is situated in the heart of the sought after Down-along area of St Ives within minutes of four fantastic beaches and numerous bars and restaurants. There is a car park at the end of the terrace with the best rates and views in town.
There is underfloor heating in the living room to warm your feet after those evening bare foot beach strolls. There is also gas central heating for winter days so you can snuggle up with after a long walk. Everyone who visits Cornwall in the winter is amazed at how beautiful and peaceful it is compared to the summer months.
Accommodation consists of a lounge, kitchen/diner leading onto a shared, gated courtyard, 2 double bedrooms (one with bath en-suite one with shower room en-suite), a twin room and a downstairs cloak room.
The kitchen really is set up up for proper cooking and with a great fishmonger literally around the corner and the selection of cook books supplied there's no excuse not to try some of the best fresh fish in the uk.
We have endeavoured to make No.4 a special holiday cottage which will be as much a pleasure to stay in as St Ives itself.
A well behaved dog is welcome.
