The traditional 17th Century listed self-catering accommodation at Midtown Farm offers couples, families or groups of up to 22 people a spacious and beautifully equipped base from which to explore the many attractions of the area. We have restored Midtown Farmhouse (sleeps 8), Midtown Barn (sleeps 4) and The Dairy (sleeps 10) to provide luxurious accommodation whilst retaining numerous traditional features such as the huge farmhouse stone fireplace and many beams.

Good walks and cycle routes into the Pennines are on the doorstep and it's just a short drive to the The Lake District, Yorkshire, Hadrian's Wall and the borders of Scotland. Alternatively you can relax in the garden or take a short walk to the dog friendly village pub.

Midtown Farmhouse
This is a traditional Westmorland longhouse with spacious and bright rooms. Stone floors and a large utility room by the back door make this a practical property for walkers and dogs.

The farmhouse sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms (two doubles and two twins). The main bedroom is en-suite with a corner bath and there is a further bathroom with corner bath and shower, plus a generous shower room.

Midtown Barn
Midtown Barn is a new barn conversion offering bright and spacious, well equipped accommodation for up to 4 people in one double (en-suite) and 2 single bedrooms. With the lounge upstairs, it takes full advantage of the views onto Dufton Pike and the ever-changing Pennine hills.

The Dairy
The Dairy is a substantial and spacious home that will comfortably accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms (4 double including 1 en-suite and 1 twin en-suite. The lounge, kitchen and dining room are on the first floor, making the most of the magnificent views towards Duften Pike and the Pennines. The ground floor entrance has stone floors and a large utility are, making it practical for walkers and dogs.
