Crail is lobster fishing village - one of a string of picturesque East Neuk fishing villages - dating back to the 17th Century and earlier with a much photographed harbour. Extensive coast walking, cycling, beaches, golf, galleries, local shops and quality restaurants are all on the doorstep or within an easy drive - St Andrews is only 15 minutes away.
