Our ten en suite bedrooms offer a variety of accommodation. We have family, double, triple and four poster rooms, all with emphasis on cleanliness and comfort.

All rooms have full central heating, colour television, tea and coffee making facilities and radio alarms.

For the convenience of the elderly or infirm we have a bedroom on the ground floor.

Vegetarians and special diets are catered for.

There is ample parking available either on the road directly outside or in our private enclosed car park.

We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac by York's beautiful racecourse, which is as pleasant for a scenic walk as it is for the races and ideal for doggy walking. It is a ten minute walk to the City Walls. Very dog friendly. For the less energetic there is a regular bus service to all parts of the city.
