Pen-y-Dyffryn Country House Hotel

Set in its own grounds right on the Shropshire/Welsh border, Pen-y-Dyffryn has been a pet friendly hotel for over twenty years. Pets are more than welcome and are free of charge.

We are ideally placed to take dogs – in hill country and well away from roads and traffic - and there is a 100-acre woodland next door with unlimited public access. So your pet can have a holiday too!

We also have several "cottage style" rooms with ground floor access in the adjoining Coach House. Each room has its own private patio, so you can sit outside with your pet and a cup of tea in glorious relaxation. These rooms are often the first to get booked.

The restaurant has two AA Rosettes and tends to the use of local and organic produce. Short breaks are available all year.
