Seven lovingly converted cottages with character providing high quality accommodation in a beautiful secluded valley just 2 miles from Sidmouth.

Boswell Farm nestles alongside the Snod brook in the secluded Sweetcombe Valley, which lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In fact the word ‘snod’ is a medieval word meaning pretty!

The cottages have all been lovingly converted from the period farm buildings retaining many of the original features to add to their individual charm. All are self contained with fitted carpets, colour television, video players and electric heating (night storage and panel convectors). The kitchens are modern and fully equipped with electric cookers, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, toasters and coffee percolators.

Each cottage has a private enclosed garden with its own garden furniture. Other facilities include a pay phone and a guest launderette with coin operated washing machines and tumble driers.
