This Scottish Bed and Breakfast offers guests a peaceful stay in a comfortable, warm modern farm house (built 1995) with private bathroom for each bedroom, and additional facilities for walkers, cyclists and riders.

The house is set in a large south facing walled garden with a large terraced area, garden furniture and barbecue. Home grown fruit and vegetables are available in season.

The farm extends to 400 acres (160 hectares) with cattle, sheep, crops and woodland. In addition we have our own loch which is just 5 minutes' walk from the house.

Whitmuir Loch is an SSSI noted for its rich variety of flora and fauna. Fishing for pike and perch is permitted. The loch makes a wonderful giant swimming pool on warm summer days and is the perfect spot for a picnic. There are many pleasant walks around the farm and on the adjacent Selkirk Common.

Pets are welcome as long as they can make friends with our two girls, Muffy and Pippa.
