Situated in a quiet, pretty location just on the outskirts of South Repps yet within easy walking distance of the 2 village shops and a pub that does very good food.
The cottage itself is a conversion from the old rectorys stable block and provides quaint rustic style accommodation all on one level. A brand new bathroom has been recently installed with a power shower and plenty of hot water. Although slightly dated in parts the cottage is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms are of a good size and the living space is sociable and an adequate size for 3 adults. There is a pretty patio garden with tables and chairs for those al fresco meals. Literally on your doorstep are tranquil rural walks with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. The coast is close by and the Broads are about 25 mins away, just right for a day trip.
