In a secluded coastal location on the edge of Exmoor and within 1 mile of medieval Dunster is this attractive former stone barn. In a beautiful part of north Devon bordering on Exmoor National Park this attractive 17th century cottage lies within easy reach of the famous 'Doone' countryside as well as traditional seaside at Minehead Lynton Lynmouth and Polock Weir. The market town of Tiverton (7 miles) great fishing and sailing on Wimbleball Lake and Knightshayes Court (N.T.) are nearby whilst Exeter and Dartmoor are easily accessible. Close to Exmoor National Park and set in 17½ acres of beautiful grounds where woodpeckers and kingfishers flourish these comfortable properties have been created within a splendid early 1800s country house. The house is now divided into three – Lowood forms the central part and Littlewood is a ground floor apartment with its own entrance to the right of the front door (the owners occupy one wing). Carriage driving is offered here and there is a small CC (5 vans) site in high season.
